Each candidate undergoes a stringent selection, medical screening, and training program to ensure they meet Malaysian household expectations.

- Collecting employer documents for processing
3. GOVERNMENT APPROVALS (MALAYSIA SIDE)
- Applying for approval from JTKSM via EPPax
- Applying for approval from Department of Immigration
4. EMBASSY & INDONESIA SIDE PROCESSING
- Applying for approval from the Indonesia Embassy
- Processing documents in Indonesia
5. VISA & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT
- Application of E-Visa
- Arrangement of air ticket
6. ARRIVAL & MEDICAL CHECK
- Airport pickup and registration of FOMEMA for medical examination
7. DEPLOYMENT & WORK PERMIT
- Arrangement of pickup by employer
- Endorsement of PLKS (Temporary Work Permit)
- Employer must be a Malaysian citizen, Permanent Resident, or Expatriate with valid Employment Pass / MM2H
- Household income requirement: minimum RM 7,000 per month (combined)
- Eligible household category includes:
- Families with young children (below 15 years)
- Elderly or disabled family members needing care
- Working couples needing household assistance
- Employer must not be blacklisted by JTKSM or Immigration
- Employer must provide safe, clean accommodation and adequate rest days as per employment contract
- If employer is Muslim, domestic worker must also be Muslim
- Female applicant
- Age between 21 to 45 years old
- Must be from approved source country – Indonesia
- Must not be blacklisted by Immigration Malaysia
- Must not already hold an active PLKS (Temporary Employment Pass)
- Must pass medical examination (FOMEMA)
- Must undergo required pre-departure training and obtain clearance from Indonesia authorities (BP2MI / DMW)

- Submission to FWCMS & approval from Department of Immigration ( JIM )
4. EMBASSY & INDONESIA SIDE PROCESSING
- Submission and processing of employment contract with DMW at the Philippine Embassy
- Worker attends OWA & PDOS training
5. VISA & TRAVEL ARRANGEMENT
- Application of E-Visa
- Arrangement of air ticket
6. ARRIVAL & MEDICAL CHECK
- Airport pickup and registration of FOMEMA for medical examination
7. DEPLOYMENT & WORK PERMIT
- Employer pick-up, PLKS endorsement ( Temporary Work Permit )
- Post Arrival Orientation Seminar ( FAOS )
- Employer must be Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident
- Usually a married couple living together (special cases apply for single parents, widows, etc.)
- Minimum household income: RM 5,000/month (combined husband & wife)
- Household must fall under one of these categories:
- Has child/children under 15 years old
- Has disabled family member
- Has elderly or sick family member who needs care
- Employer must not be bankrupt or listed under JTKSM / Immigration blacklist
- If employer is Muslim, domestic worker must also be Muslim
- Female applicant
- Age between 23 to 45 years old
- Must be citizen of the Philippines, recruited through a licensed Philippine agency and Malaysian agency accredited by both governments
- Must not be blacklisted by Immigration Malaysia or Philippine authorities
- Must pass medical examination (FOMEMA) after arrival
- Must complete OWWA / PDOS / OEC (Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar & Overseas Employment Certificate) before deployment
- Must have verified employment contract approved by:
- Philippine Overseas Labour Office (POLO) or
- Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)
